Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) is a not for profit British Cycling Affiliated Club, affiliation no. 644181 and can be found on the British Cycling website.

 

Membership is billed annually at £24. You will be charged on the day of joining and membership will auto-renew unless cancelled. Membership may change and our website will show the latest fee. You will also be notified of any changes as a paid member.

 

Funds are held in our Group bank account and the monies collected will be used to run the Group and provide great experiences for our riders.

 

As a member of BCG you will be receive the following benefits:

  • Discounted entry to BCG events organised through the group

  • 3rd party liability insurance when riding on our official events (ad-hoc rides excluded)

  • Ability to vote at our Annual General Meeting

  • Members only content and news

  • Lots of great offers and discounts from our supporters shown here.

If you are joining Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) and are not already a member of British Cycling (we suggest you take a look at what is on offer), you are currently able to get a discount on first time joining (using code NEWCMRA and NEWCMRD) that can be found here – this offer gives you reduced membership cost and discount at various online retailers amongst other benefits.

 

If you are an existing British Cycling member then if you join Broughton Cycling Group (BCG), upon renewal of your membership you will be entitled to a 10% discount from renewal cost – further information can be found here.

 

Please note that if you have not ridden with Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) before you will be able to join us for up to 3 times before being expected to join Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) going forwards.

By joining Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) as a paid member you agree to abide and adhere to all Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to the Club Constitution, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and Equality Policy and agreement to provide In Case of Emergency Information at point of sign-up. Cycle helmets must be worn on all Broughton Cycling Group (BCG) rides, you will not be able to ride with us without one.

 

Membership refunds are not provided.
