Outdoor Rides - can be done on or off road.
Easy - 10 miles
Medium - 10 to 20 miles
Hard - 20 miles
Planning Tips - The home straight is a sprint - keep it short and simple and if you can try and finish by riding through an arch - think creatively and take a photo to commemorate your awesome achievement.
Safety Notes - Whilst the title suggest speed please stay safe and ride within your limits. This is not a race so please take care at junctions and respect other road users.

OPTION 1 - STANDARD ZWIFT EVENT Time of day: Ride solo any time Venue: Richmond 2015 World Championships course
Distance: 10 miles and 465ft of climbing per lap
Easy - Ride for just the first 'social' lap with everyone else at 1.5w/kg (rubber band "on", if it is back working) then call it a day.
Medium/Hard - After the first steady lap, stay on for a second lap and push as hard as you can
OPTION 2 - ZWIFT RACE
Time of day: Check Out the Zwift Events To Join: You must sign up for the race on Zwift
Easy - Choose Cat D
Medium - Choose Cat C
Hard - Choose Cat B
Official Event: Templehof Crit Course - Sprint
Other Riding: If you cant attend the official event then ride solo Real Road any time
Venue: 8 bar Crit Berlin - pan flat Aerodrome used for top flight fixed gear bike racing
Distance: 0.6 miles and 0ft of climbing per lap
Easy - Stop after 10 laps
Medium - Stop after 15 laps
Hard - Stop after 20 laps
Time of day: Whenever you like
